Why should I show up if I already watch building videos on YouTube?

YouTube teaches you pieces - a foundation video here, a framing video there. Nobody shows you the whole thing in order, with a real budget attached. That's the difference between knowing facts and knowing what to do first. Also: I answer YOUR question live. YouTube doesn't.

Are you going to sell me something?

Yes, and I'll be upfront about it: about five minutes at the end, for people who want more help, prices on screen. The other fifty minutes are pure content either way. No hard sell, no "only 3 spots left" theater.

I've already started my build - too late for me?

No. The money section and the tools apply at any stage - most budget leaks happen in the middle of construction, not the start. Bring your specific situation to the Q&A; that's what it's for.

Is this for people building their own home, or for investors?

Both. The order of the build and the money math are the same whether you're building to live in it or to sell it. I'll show examples of each.
