Here is my Story as a builder...

In 2018, I immigrated to the USA and decided to build residential houses in Austin, TX. In one month, I met with 35+ general contractors. Nobody wanted to help me (even for money) to build my first house. Everyone was so busy and arrogant and reluctant to help.

Igor Stepanov and Dmitriy Bondar and are experienced builders and developers based in Austin, TX, specializing in creating stunning, high-quality homes (ArtVillage LLC). Together, we bring decades of expertise in design, construction, and real estate development to every project we undertake.

Igor has over 30 years of experience in retail and residential construction, with a portfolio of projects totaling more than 100,000 sq. ft. He has worked internationally, designing and developing properties ranging from houses to shopping centers. Since 2017, Igor has completed over 20 projects in Austin, with 10 more currently underway. Dmitriy has over 25 years in marketing, managing people, hiring teams. He graduate from Stanford GSB (Entrepreneurship Program) .
