How To Book Your Call?

Step 2. Fill Out the Form
Enter your name, email, and any additional information requested. This helps me prepare for our session.
Step 3. Confirm Your Booking
Click the "Schedule Meeting" button to confirm your session. You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.
Step 4. Add to Your Calendar
Use the link in the confirmation email to add the session to your Google, Outlook, or other digital calendars so you don’t miss it.
Rules for Booking a Call with Me
1. Confirmation of Booking:
I will text you to confirm your booking. If you don’t respond, I will assume it was scheduled by mistake and cancel it.
2. Prepare Discussion Points:
Please provide questions, topics, or areas you want to discuss during our call at least 24 hours in advance.
3. Respecting Time:
I respect your time; please respect mine. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may limit future bookings.
4. Emergency Rescheduling:
For last-minute changes due to emergencies, notify me immediately.

Dmitriy Bondar and Igor Stepanov are experienced builders and developers based in Austin, TX, specializing in creating stunning, high-quality homes (ArtVillage LLC). Together, we bring decades of expertise in design, construction, and real estate development to every project we undertake.
Igor has over 30 years of experience in retail and residential construction, with a portfolio of projects totaling more than 100,000 sq. ft. He has worked internationally, designing and developing properties ranging from houses to shopping centers. Since 2017, Igor has completed over 20 projects in Austin, with 10 more currently underway. Dmitriy has over 25 years in marketing, managing people, hiring teams. He graduate from Stanford GSB (Entrepreneurship Program) .
